New Integrated Control Panel

The control panel of the CO-i Series is integrated into the table to allow you to work more efficiently in less space. The more efficient design removes the conjoining cable trip hazard, reducing the possibility of damaging the device and increasing safety.

Impressive Height and Weight Capabilities

Offering extraordinary application versatility, the CO-i series flatbeds can print on objects up to 9.5 inches in height and weighing up to 100 kg/m2 in weight.

Print Large Quantities of Smaller Items

Improve your productivity with a fast and efficient direct-to-object printing solution. The CO-i series lets you print unique details on several items in a single print run. Plus, with VersaWorks 6 features like variable data printing, you can individually personalize each item quickly with minimal set-up.

Distance Mode

The CO-i series flatbed UV printers feature an innovative Distance Mode. This makes it possible to print onto convex, concave, or irregular surfaces while maintaining excellent quality and sharpness.

Low-Temperature Adjustable UV-LED Lamps

Intensity of the UV-LED lamps is adjustable from VersaWorks – they can be switched on, off, or set anywhere in between. This allows Gloss, Primer, and White to be used as an adhesive layer before a secondary process to apply glitter or foil, and then cured with UV to seal.

Optional Rotary Rack XL & XXL

The Rotary Rack XL and XXL were created to add versatility to Roland DG UV flatbed printers by giving users the ability to print on the entire circumference of cylindrical objects such as insulated water bottles, glass vases and candles, drum sticks, shot glasses and a wide variety of objects ranging from 0.5 inch to 7.75 inches in diameter.
