Consumables Sold Separately - Additional Fees May Apply
- The Summer Tune-Up Special does not cover common service issues. Printers experiencing errors or requiring replacement parts will have a Grant Graphics Service Ticket created and will be treated as a standard service call.
- A nozzle test print is required at the time of purchase. Please email a photo of your nozzle test print, along with your order number, to techsupport@grantgraphics.com.
- The Summer Tune-Up Special is not scheduled immediately and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. A Grant Graphics technician will contact you to schedule your tune-up.
- Consumable Parts can be replaced during the tune-up; however, they must be purchased separately.
