What are your shipping options?

We ship with UPS. UPS Ground Shipping is free on orders over $200. Within our territory: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Pennsylvania. With the exception of equipment & special orders (for example pallets or products that we do not typically stock). We also use USPS to ship smaller packages. We will ship small packages under 1 lb. by USPS unless otherwise discussed prior to shipping.

A single $35 handling fee will be added to orders with 54" media being shipped outside of our territory.

How will I know if something is back ordered or being drop shipped?

You will be able to see if an item is back ordered or dropshipped on your packing slip. Dropshipped items are noted on the product page as being shipped directly from the manufacturer.

I am tax exempt but your site is charging me tax. What do I do?

Our store will charge you sales tax by default. It is your responsibility to contact us and provide us with a tax exempt certificate so that we can change your account to tax exempt. What about international shipping?

At this time we only ship within the continental USA.

We have Net Terms, how do I order on your website?

If you are on Net Terms with us and would like to place your orders online, Please call 518-583-2818 or email orders@grantgraphics.com

When will I receive my order?

If the order is in stock, we will ship it out the same day if the order is received by 2pm EST Monday-Friday. If the order must be shipped from our supplier, shipping may be extended - approx. time 5 days.

What if I never received my order?

If you did not receive your order within 2-3 days of ordering please email orders@grantgraphics.com or call 518-583-2818

What is your return policy?

What if my order is damaged or defective when it is delivered.

If one of your products arrives damaged or defective in some way, please email orders@grantgraphics.com or call 518-583-2818 right away. DO NOT dispose of the box or any of its contents. We will request that you send us photos as well as the product lot number.
