Scalable Design, High Production

The TS330-160 fabric and textile printer uses Sb411/Sb410 (Fluo) dye sublimation inks. It is a high grade industrial sublimation printing solution with an expanded fluorescent color range (including fluorescent pink and yellow). Additionally, it allows for unmatched productivity regardless of printing volume, with an impressive printing speed of 1,453 sq ft. per hour.  

This sublimation transfer inkjet printer provides superior image quality and employs Mimaki Weaving Dot Technology (MWDT). MWDT adapts to various printing conditions by changing ink drop placement order, allowing more consistent quality and leading to reduced downtime. To help reduce operating costs, an optional 10kg bulk ink system.

This advanced dye sublimation printing system supports production sizes up to 64" and has 4, 6, 7, and 8 color configurations. RasterLink7 software (included) TxLink4 textile RIP (available) allow for unmatched productivity.

Other advanced features include dual motor take up for increased stability to prevent media walking

  • Drive motor mounted on the left and right sides: Distributes the load and strengthens winding force.
  • V-shape cut function: Fixes the tape at a single point straight against the paper core.

  • Cloth wiper: Increases removal of stray ink droplets on the nozzle.

The Mimaki TS330-3200DS superwide 128" printer is the best of both worlds: it doubles as a sublimation unit for printing to transfer paper and as a direct-to-textile unit for printing on polyester fabrics. It is an ideal all-in-one unit for creating a range of digital textile applications including backlit fabric displays, SEG frame printing, flags, theatrical backdrops, POP displays, interior décor, and more.
